Remove jewellery whilst handling heavy equipment, exercising, in water and sleeping

Keep jewellery away from chemicals eg. bleach

Put on perfume and skincare before putting jewellery on

Store jewellery in an airtight box or bag

Clean with warm soapy water and soft toothbrush
